Unwanted goods
Naughtygiggles.co.uk will offer a full refund, less our postage costs, for unused goods returned within 14 days

If you wish to exchange the goods ordered for any reason what so ever, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs apply

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products are returned in an unfit state, used in any way or any of the original packaging is missing or broken. This is to ensure that we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions.

Faulty or incorrect goods
Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Naughtygiggles.co.uk Customer Services within 3 days of receipt. However, we do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellations.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us.
